Most Banks offer products similar to what you describe. What are the Underwriting guidelines? What is the DSCR ratio on the revolver? Does the equipment/M and E a term note or strictly I/O?

We deal with several banks in the Northeast that offer LOC's and lend against Assets.. It isn't so much the offering as it is qualifying-and the amount of liquidity.
