I have a client/ Dentist he is currently leasing an office, his lease is coming up soon does not want to renew lease, would like to purchase building for new office along with build out and new dental equipment.

I suggested an SBA loan, its my understanding that he can purchase the building and equipment and the build out for the new office using an SBA loan. Please send me more information on what is required for pre- qualification for the SBA loan including terms and conditions.

We just got off the phone and secured a $1.8M pre qualification letter for another Broker on this Blog.

Relating to your client: depending on the use of funds and the existing debt on balance sheet, this could be a SBA 504 (25 year amortization) or a 7A (10 year).
