There are several out here, but they're all basically the same - a few direct funds and the main funds are white-labeled brokering out to banks. The returns aren't big enough for most direct lenders.
Email me, I'll either point you in the right direction, or do it with you. I'm working very closely with one now.

ive used Utica in the past but they will have to pay hefty price upfront. And they used FLV value which a lot of times does not come in where you need it too.
