Overdraft Protection? NSFs
Who can fund a construction merchant that has 15+ negative days but has overdraft protection with bank and bank paid all transactions?

Cooper's scoring model keys off returned items/ODP, not negative days. We may be able to get this done.
15 negative days average every month or 15 negative days last month?
