    Line Of Credit

    Hi,

Are there lenders who provide lines of credit which pay commission every time the merchant draws? I was just informed that Kabbage and Fundbox only pay commission on the first draw (I think this is crazy). I have 2 files ready for submission. Thank you.

Factors pay commissions on a monthly basis for the life of the client. The commission is based on net spread and volume. The beauty is you get paid more as the client grows.

To add, when you factor the right deals it really is the ultimate set it and forget it. From a broker's perspective anyway. I love getting checks regularly for little/no work.

Ryan forgot to mention they pay every month on the 10th.
They also do factoring, and spot factoring too, BTW, and it's more expensive than some other lines then lenders here.
