Unsecured credit lines, dude. No need to run to get $700 on an MCA. Get the client $150,000 in 0 APR credit cards, and make more than $3000. This is my wheelhouse.

You're right. That should work. He has the credit, or at least close enough.

Did you try Cresthill/Mantis ? ...We probably allow the highest number of NSF's (case by case whats the max) regarding size of file ...right up our MICRO-FUNDING division that has seprate underwriters and support teams just funding the 2-20K a month files......Stips on those files are extremely light (Perhaps too few too light to liking but we got to do whats right by the ISO and make it easy as possible !! ).....

Fundyman, before doing so, have him get creditchecktotal.com

If he has 4 or more inquiries in the last 6 months, you won't be able to do anything, so do check before you send your file to anyone out there.

FYI everyone, I saw the credit report. It's a 700 because the borrower has one $500 credit card on his name, probably a secured card, and pays it off every month.

The other problem is that he has a $490 collections from Verizon on there, and it's still not affecting him very much. A 700 FICO doesn't always mean good credit.

John, most of those inquiries are removable.

Totally right.. Clients can have a 780 FICO- but if there was a prior BK the return is less.

As much as anything else the prior maximum limits on their unsecured debt (and maturity of each line) is the best indicator of what kind of results can be achieved.
