Black listed for renegotiating daily payments to monthly payments (paid in full)

    In business since 2008.

    Credit score 700.

    Deposits:

    Oct: $82,069
    Sept: $79,304
    Aug: $116,889
    Jul: $82,278
    June: $250,836
    May: $126,045

He is owed $120,000 in fees from his larger customers due to a delay of Medicaid processing of about $1.2 million of medical claims. He can't invoice the customers and get his fees of $120,000 until Medicaid cleans up its mess in claim processing.

    Has 2 existing loans:

    Aquila $9,440
    FundBox $18,000.

They can stay, or be paid off.

He is looking for $120,000 for on boarding new customers, licensing and programming. I have a complete file including the zero balance letters.

He also has $780,000 in assets consisting of computers, rack equipment, software licenses and office equipment. He is open to pledging these assets.

Please email me if you can fund this deal. Thank you.

    Good Morning Michael..

Sounds as if what you are asking for is 'do-able'- however dealing with Medicaid is usually challenging the early part of the year- when they hold back funds- not in December.

    Please contact me to discuss..

Michael, please know that there are things to do, but you have really got to open up your mind to the option of co-brokering, rather than leaving money on the table. Richard is a consultant who has a lot of alternative ideas you should consider. So do I, but you want your full 12 points that doesn't exist.

If this is Vedamed - don't waste your time. He also has a 23K judgement from Funding Metrics. That file has come into our submissions box 14 times in under a year all from different ISOs.

I have a client that received funding for $1.3 million. Funder can lend up to $5.0 mill. Not an MCA lender.

    Call me at 765.517.0975.
