Arf is better than Tbb and ondeck not only rates but funding amount

I went head-to-head with ARF frequently when I was with CAN. I remember them as a good solid competitor with good pricing and longer Turns than most. I don't remember ARF as being quick to decision, but that may have changed in the past few years.
