How do the clients with awful credit get a car lease?
Answer 1: Pay cash - Which means their options are limited
Answer 2: Get a horrible rate on their lease
Answer 3: Wait for credit repair

ANSWER 4: No credit check leases. Background check to make sure there's no horrible DMV history or serious criminal history. Just income verification of $5 for every $1 needed to borrow.

A colleague of mine is the direct lender, so he'd love to bring on brokers on for this. I'm not sure the broker points yet.

The car market is too saturated with subprime lenders to consider messing with it. Not worth your time. Unless you are working on high line cars. Again you will spend a lot of time to make very little money!!!
