Charged 1% origination up front.
The deal parameters were as follows:
TIB- 11 yrs
Gross Annual- $10mm
Personal Credit-697
Industry: Tech

I'm sure banks would have preferred to go 2 over.. I'm sure the client was pleased. As the AR appears to only be around 1.25 based on top line, assuming there was equipment and growth factored in to get to the 2.5?

Yes equipment was a piece of the puzzle.
We have a bank relationship in which we utilize for funding's on this product.
