Looking for lenders/funders - (master list)

Seems at times I see members looking for funders/lenders for certain deals at certain times.

Well it is that time of year, when its going crazy and you may need to update your lenders/funders or add some more to spice it up

And if you need more lenders you can always try: Power Funding, where you can get buy rates as low as 1.07! You can also try PDM Capital where you can get 16 points!

Without knowing each companies individual sweet spots and underwriting guidelines, this list is not that helpful.

Come to Main Street for all positions. (Direct Lender)

We fund same day and do not white label.

    In-house underwriting.

Contact me for an iso agreement and we will be the easiest funder to work with.

that just means the broker is going to have to actually do the work and hop on the phone and find out what type of products the lender offers.

Exactly. And a few of those companies have serious issues. Referrals and introductions from people you trust is even a better idea.

This is why you request underwriting guidelines and the niche of each funder

You must know your funder to use them effectively or your just playing Russian roulette and the funder will terminate the ISOs Agreement

I was a FINRA registered investment banker before becoming a lender/factor at Seacoast. I still maintain my data base of investors/lenders. It contains private equity funds, venture capital funds, family offices, mezzanine funds, alternative lenders/funders, etc. It is sorted by sector, size, location, and has recent portfolio company names. I also maintain a list of all my most of my competitors in the same manner. The list is over 1500 institutions deep and grows on a regular basis. When I was working an investment banking transaction I would populate a road-map using this list to keep track of deals. It is and was a ton of work, but it has to be done.

    Hold the phone.

This list is updated? I am not naming Companies but I see some that are closed - not taking ISOs - and from what I understand... not Funders? If I am wrong... than please, prove it.

All in all, it's a good headstart... guess you just have to call them and figure it out

Yes... but you have to sign up with them to find out. HINT: If the sweet spots all look the same... something isn't right

It is refreshing to get a call from an investment banker or loan advisor that has an actionable deal with all the information needed for review before you get on the phone or meet with the client. It speeds up the process!

You mean, instead of having a broker say "my client wants a $2M facility. Does 3 months bank statements work?"

Finally someone breaking it down in their perception.

I don't know if I would put "Awesome" and "Stacker" together but a lot of the above is the short simple "who is" of that list. Of course were talking about positions and the main approval points but you can pick and chose based on your relationship.

There are many many many more out there but when you think of the well know or the "OG" list... it helps.

again... everyone has preference of using one "stacker" over another or one A paper over another. No kicking allowed.
