    John,

Just a tick below our minimum. Are they based in the South East? I bumped into another bank owned factor recently that focuses on smaller deals.

    Best,

    Kevin

Our minimum line size is 50K, we do work with Government contractors, however they have to pay within net 90. Our commissions are calculated before the cost of funds.

Are these prime contracts (paid directly by the government) or are they a sub (paid by the prime)? Also is there any other debt on the business? What is the average monthly invoice with the government? I can help you get this deal to one of partners who specializes in government contracting and will have some of the best rates in the industry (they are direct only but will accept deals through us). Additional, if they have any debt outstanding, it will have to be bought out to allow the AR Financing to be in place. We have a unique product where we can buyout the existing debt, refinance it over a longer term and, due to our partnership with this factoring company, still allow the AR financing to remain in place. Feel free to give me a call to discuss further.

To be clear, this would likely be structured via our hybrid product where we invest our own capital -- not co-brokering. We have a proprietary structure in place with several factoring partners that allows factors/brokers to offer more than 100% advance rate against receivables and still optimize financing structure and cost

    Hey Carl..

    Hope all is well.

Seems like you guys are offering over advances with an inter-creditor with certain factors/ABL groups- correct?

Good to know.. Please touch base (or post here) with typical rates, term, and dollar cap.

    Richard
