Just put an add in the paper or on monster / indeed/ craigs list hire a bunch of people and have sales, leads and chairs flying about the room(s) like I do.

Sometimes they bring computers with them and leave them behind because they owe you $200 and won't show back up.

Just get a tough skin and be prepared for them to yell on the daily funder " You Smell and cant close sales!" like 1st grade

10 years ago this guy kept buying furniture to put in one of the cubicles of one of my old offices...new desk, new chair, Plantronics headset, new phone, success is not an accident pictures, file cabinet ( I am yelling at the guy to pick up the phone and stop buying furniture) He shows up in his fancy suit, Armani briefcase...every day...pushes papers around sharpens pencils looks at his watch goes home..on and on and on for 2 months? I feel bad but cant fire him...( because he is really just sitting there spinning around in his chair every so often with his degrees on the wall )

I finally decide to have a meeting to do "live rebuttals " '''I am not interested "...what exactly are you not interested in your best friend was a stranger at one point correct.

Rainy snowstorm day in the burbs of Chicago. He never comes back from lunch.

Everyone is yelling at me saying ..I pushed the guy off a bridge or something, maybe caused him to crash into a tree from nerves( scared to pick up the phone or do live rebuttals)

** he left all his furniture behind and the Armani briefcase and umbrella. We eventually opened it up..nothing was in it, not even a pen.

I saw the guy 2 years later in a supermarket..I was with my team, we were buying something for a seminar.

I am yelling BOB>>BOB BOB....hetook one look at me and his eyes bugged out of his head, he looked at me, looked at the door, looked at me the door and ran for it ( left his shopping cart behind)...we chased him in a parking lot yelling "bobbbbbb you left your briefcase behind and your umbrellaaaaa"

I have that umbrella on my wall to this day..hung up like a fish I caught.
I also have one momento from almost every person who came and went. I almost broke the streak recently...but someone left me a screwdriver we used for the whiteboards.
