I have a company that does 100k a month with more then 65% in processing. The banks are strong however, the owner has a bk from 6/13. Who will do this?

As long as it's not an open BK, where it would be considered DIP financing, ie. the BK has been dismissed or discharged, it can be funded.

Retail Capital can find this as long as the BK is closed or discharged and the have not included another MCA company in the BK.

Can do BK that has been closed for one year. Offer a short term business loan, 6-12 months payback period. In some cases can be stretched to 18 months. Amount we can lend is based on cash flow strength of the company.
