I have overheard the names of these two companies, PDM Capital & Simply Funding, a few times in the last week in passing conversations and was wondering if anybody on here could offer a word of advise?

I've googled both companies and haven't found anything alarming. Let me know if they are legit or if one should stay away.

PDM Just gave me 17K on a 3rd 11 points and I got numerous declines from other lenders in that space ( do not have an ISO with YS or others like it ) Never heard of Simply <

Interesting. Do you not work with YSC because PDM offers the same type of paper?

New companies are always going to give you the best offers. I also have a higher general appreciation for them since most of the time, they are people who were openers/closers/team leads that killed it in this industry and made enough to start their own lending firm.

So I say god bless them and send them good deals.

I've gotten a hand full of deals done with Simply over the past 2 months, pretty aggressive offers but lots of stips
