There are several Factors for Construction..

Paid when Paid, Retainage, milestones, and payer risk will make it EXTREMELY hard to find a true LOC- unless their local bank does it- with LOW advance percentages

Also depends on the type of construction.
If it's construction that's ready for utilities hook-up, you can find a LOC in the hard money rates, rates in the lower 7's. Contact me for details.
