    Hard MOney Lender in NV?

    Can anyone point me in a direction of someone that could do a hard money loan?
    House is free and clear at 400k, they are going to do a $180-200k rehab then flip it. Flip price would be around $1.1-$1.2 mill.

    The lender would be in the first position.

    They are ready to start with the rehab and need funds quick.
