One person I used to work with (back when I was closing deals direct) went to work for a strictly Canadian based ISO shop in New York. He mentioned to me that "Maple Advance" was the best place for him to submit deals to.

I've ran two lead campaigns for companies looking to focus on Canadian businesses but had very little success. Gaining the attention and driving engagement through marketing sprints is not the problem; it's the Canadians overall lack of trust and immense holdback they have towards anyone not Canadian selling something.
