    2 Position Consolidation with Net Proceeds- $400k Advance

    I have a CA merchant who currently has 4 positions. He is willing to pay 2 off with own funds subject to new advance paying off current balances and netting max proceeds. 2 balance will be at $150,000 combined and looking to net $250k after paying off balances. Merchant consistently deposits $650k per month with healthy balances.

    I can get this merchant up to $1.2m with deposits like that. No requirement for payoff. Loan must be secured by real estate that has available equity.
