I have a merchant who needs to net 100k and needs it for 30 days. He doesnt want to pay over 25% on the money and i would like to make 7-10 pts if possible.
situation: 1st position on deck 4097 a week original: 321k with 150k balance
2nd position sos capital 213@ day original: 40k with 32k balance

he would like to keep on deck and either pay off sos capital himself for a clean second or pay off sos capital and net the 100k. one stipulation was that there be no UCC filed since he is doing some traditonal refinance on his home and is worried about them seeing it. Is this deal possible and any direct lender out there that can make it happen? I will have July banks within the hour but he says they should be over 100k in deposits.

Friendly Advice: No need when posting on here to give the name of the funder of the 2nd position up front. Also I wouldn't pair that with too detailed an industry description.

Chances are they are gonna give the merchant a "courtesy call" if you do. Lots of eyeballs on here.
