We are seeking well-qualified borrowers for Term Loans / Line of Credit. Monthly payments with terms up to 4-years!!!
Lending specification listed below:
- We lend 10% of a business GROSS annual sales so to qualify, business must be generating over $10,000,000 in sales.
- Each loan is secured by equity in RE: (1st, 2nd or 3rd-position) with 100% CLTV - Debt = Equity (Equity and loan amount MUST be 1:1)
- 620+ FICO
- > 2-years in business
- NO BK's, Tax Liens or Judgement
- MUST have RE (commercial / residential)
