What do the tax returns show as net profit?

What if you could take him to many banks and get him several lines of credit?

I sent you a PM with another trick that I'd prefer not sharing in public.

It would be listed next to "ordinary business income (or loss)".

    1040C is line 31
You should also ask for the officer compensations.

    Try one of these:

    Line 31 on the 1040 Schedule C
    Line 22 on 1065
    Line 30 on 1120
    Line 21 on 1120S

There is still stuff like interest and depreciation and officer compensation you'd need to know, also.

How much does he owe to high frequency pay lenders? (Daily/weekly).
How much does he want to net?

I am sure that you have heard this before, but if the client has real estate to pledge as collateral, this would be very easy for us. We handle deals like this all the time. If you would like to discuss further, please reach out to me.

    ABC2016,

While earnings on the Corporate Tax return is helpful, the real solution will be found on the balance Sheet. Is there Senior Debt to a bank in addition to positions? - Huge part of the equation.

Is there Machinery and Equipment that is unencumbered? Inventory? Receivables?

Largest consolidation we have arranged was for 14 positions and over $3M. Your client may or not be eligible for something similar- the devil is in the details.

    Feel free to touch base...
