    Factor / ABL loan: Need an ABL loan for 250K. Inventory is valued at 2M, used car parts. Issue: A/R average time is 6 months (normal for this industry) B2B. Strong Banks and credit.

    Not sure whom can asses used car parts @ 2M - but, they may qualify for a Line of Credit
    or an SBA Loan, based upon your statement of strong bank financials and credit.

    Socalgav,

    Even with the lengthy AR cycle, the $2M in inventory (depending on the velocity of turnover) and strong guarantor/balance sheet would be enough to qualify for straight bank debt. Can't say with any certainty the amount they would qualify for without knowing specifics.
