Work with / Pay Commission to Overseas Brokers or Canadian Brokers with US Clients ?

Are some Funders, not just MCA, but other types, Business Loans, RE, Accts Rec, etc., able to work with Foreign Brokers or Canadian Brokers and pay them Commissions? Some have desirable US clients and get a reasonable stream of those on their Sites or blogs.

Our Linkedin sees overseas Brokers that have US Cust's, many of whom we can't help and we refer
to other Funders. Are some Funders working those Clients and able to get commissions
to those Brokers and if so, how?

Why can't you just pay them directly and have them give you a W-8-BEN-E?
It's just a business expense. Most countries have a treaty with the USA that prevents double taxation. The W8-BEN-E just tells the US gov't (if they ask for it on an audit) that you do not have to file a 1099 for them.

Act as a pass-through LLC for the funders, make yourself a free commission.
