cc split 1st position bank has NSFs

I have three deals that need a cc split. All have great cashflow but NSFs upwards to 7 plus eacoper month. Each doing 39-69k in cc and seeking lockbox solution without concern on bank NSFs

what is "too ugly"? How many NSFs/Negative days, whats the ADB? If they're beyond a certain point, he's not getting a split.

i would ask steve, but from what he told me - in may the guy had 16 over NSF fees
