It's tough to do but we can help with business purchase finance providing the buyer has experience in the business and we can approve the APA/buy-sell agreement.

Hey Brent.. FedEx acquisitions can be tough in that the contracts state that the route itself (they call it a contract-not a route) cannot be used as collateral to a lender.

With this deal you will need the purchasers FICO and last 2 personal or corporate returns, the P and L and Corporate return of the selling route, and most importantly- an equipment or asset list.
