    Cool No COJs under 50K???

Got an email saying a company (which in my experience is an awesome company to work with).

Is not applying COJs to fundings under 50K.

Obviously this is helpful for funding (although COJs have never been a problem to get signed.)

Isn't this a risky strategy - can anyone shed light as to aside from being more aggressive - why a funder would not use a COJ - is this because they are a toothless threat?

Your thoughts and opinions are appreciated.

    Make it a good week.

I mean - whenever a COJ is attached to any funding approval - it was never a problem to have the Merchant sign it.

No COJs for fundings under 50K is not inherently risky?

A good phrase to use is that COJs just keep honest people honest. You are an honest Merchant right? lol

They'd rather focus their legal process on larger outstanding balances. Could be anything under $50k is small for them
