Alright guys.....be gentle. I'm don't know **** about the equipment based funding world

I have a guy looking for 150k but wants to explore putting his equipment up as collateral.

- 670 Credit
- 80k in deposits
- 2 advances out
- 1st global 100k balance
- MCA 30k balance
- Has 750k in Oil and Gas equipment he is willing to put up

First global through Greentree is doing leasing and collateralized. So is Yesleasing.

Any lessor should be able to handle this deal even with the hair on it.
The challenge I see is it is likely the advance companies took all asset liens against the company. They may have to subordinate or be paid off.
Your client needs to be made aware of this problem and examine alternatives.
Where did the 750k come from?
What is their business?
Is their any other financing in place?
