About her - Management Position at company she wants to purchase, good credit, 10 years exp

Seller with no heirs looking to hang around until she's set. Retail SIC. Leaving all equipment accounts etc. in place

5MM seeking, licensed third party valued biz at 6.8MM, 5 year projections look strong, organized, profitable. 7.2MM in gross last year 6.9MM prior - documented steady growth.

Looking to acquire the finances to complete the purchase in exchange for giving up equity to lender until satisfied.

I've got a bite on it currently but the total value seems low for them. Any interest or suggestions inbox or reply.
