    Loans on pending lawsuits

    Hi all

Does anyone have a connection for a lender that offers loans based on pending lawsuits?

    Thanks

You're referring to an advance on a pending personal injury claim? If so, I do have a company.

Yes, if you mean either advances against one case or a loan against a portfolio. I can do the portfolio loan and I have a funder for individual cases.

Not a personal injury case. It's a patent infringement

I know Oasis does. I do not know all the specifics other than you can only do them in certain states. Not sure if that is a company policy or regulatory issue.
