Anyone touch merchants with a MCA settled for less in the past 30 days? (Keeps failing bank verification due to settlement inside month of May--was a 2nd position)

Indusry: Transportation Co | Credit: 550 +/- | TIB: 50 years | Deposits: 90k/month | Positions: Has a 1st position balance of 25k +/-

Needs: 20k-25k -- wants MCA.

Was going to try invoice factoring, but his invoices get paid immediately, prepaid, or only out a week.

Does he have any trucks & trailers owned free n clear?

Might wanna try a sale leaseback/collateral based financing.

Already went down that route... Collateral is Aged... No one doing leaseback/collateral liked school buses/vans.
