I wanted to see if there was any other lender similar to Funding Circle as far as rates, term length and monthly payback with no prepayment penalties?

Any other lender comparable to these guys?

Up to $1,000,000. Terms up to 5 years. Rates between 6-24%. There's a 5 point origination fee. So they are similar to Funding Circle. But only 640 credit score as opposed to Funding Circle's 680.

If there is real estate collateral, I can do 6% - 12% interest rate (yes, real interest rate). 3-8 year term. I have about $30MM of deals in the pipeline right now, ranging from $100k to north of $10MM, so there is lots of opportunity for deals of all sizes.

This is a straight up real estate loan, paying off any existing mortgages and providing cash out. (not a second lien and not funding against the business). Can fund pretty much anything except primary residence.

FC is no real estate. There are 100 of direct lenders that can do these 6-12% commercial real estate deals.

Lendistry has been a good source- But they sometimes do require equipment or real estate collateral (State and deal specific). The rates and service is great.
