What issues are omitted from the post?
This sounds like this is better fit for a PO type structure. Usually PO is secured with AR, if they already have a AR Facility in place they can easily get a inter creditor agreement in place. The PO Lender can then pay the suppliers/vendors until the product is manufactured - sounds like he has a 30 day time for delivery since that is how long he would like the loan. If he needs funding in the future he has the line open and you would receive a commission for the life of the relationship.
why look for such a short term deal. It makes no sense within 2 weeks you will have principal paid back.What you need is a 12 month deal that has a good early payoff option if paid within 30 days.Unless like ryan stated that you omitted something
If you're insisting on something with a very good prepay and very quick turn-around and still you get paid (since you get very little from a PO financing up-front, but the long-term is awesome), you can go with LoanMe. It will cost him slightly more than 10%, since the client will pay the entire thing off within 30 days, and you'll get paid 5 points. Obviously the client deserves a PO financing and/or factor, but the question is how long it will take to get the turn-around and if the opportunity will be over before it can fund.
