Realtor Commissions Advances

I called around and am surprised that not many are offering a solution. There seem to be some firms online that do this but trying to see if someone on this forum does it first. Essentially these are advances against impending commissions in IL and FL markets. I'm getting quite a few requests for these. The starting rate seems to be 4.5% discounts but I'm sure that changes by deal.
