So much was happening in the 2 hours the exhibition hall was open tonight, that I didn't even get a chance to to take any photos. Will do that tomorrow.
DailyFunder has a bunch of take-home materials stationed over at Merchant Cash Group's booth at #751. So go on over to pick some up. If I or David Rubin are not there, you'll definitely enjoy talking to Heather or Angela about Merchant Cash Group and the unique funding programs they have. These girls totally rock!
Capital Access Network has a huge exhibit in the center of the floor and I got a chance to speak with Alan Nussbaum and finally learn about CapTap and what it is exactly. It's a platform for their street reps to log deals fast and easy on-site with merchants using a tablet or PC. Documents can be scanned or photographed and uploaded into the system and pre-approvals are generated instantly, plus all stips sent to underwriting. They will be doing a few formal demonstrations of it tomorrow.
I also said hello to Strategic Funding Source, RetailCapital, MotherFund, American Finance Solutions, and Super G Funding. All of them are great people and I recommend anyone interesting in MCA, funding, lending, etc. to go visit them.
They had beads, cool shirts, and best of all they let dailyfunder co-promote at their booth! Thanks Merchant Cash Group!
I paid a visit to Swift Capital. They have a new 9.9% program. 1.099 deal over 6 months. Seriously!
Me with Steven and Joshua of Strategic Funding Source looking cool at their exhibit. They had a mini polaroid camera and I took a picture of the picture so the quality isn't as good as the hard copy I have of it.
Their CEO recently wrote an excellent article on this site about business relationships. Check it out.
photo of Josh Mitchell at RetailCapital. I also bumped into their CEO Ryan Rosett a few times. The RetailCap family is solid!
I got a personal tour of RetailCapital's sweet new calculator and system for ISOs.
Anthony at biz2credit. They are doing big things with technology and data for both traditional lending and merchant cash advance. I've been to their NYC office a couple times.
Andy at Merchant Cash Group spreading the word that deals with liens, judgments, and bankruptcies are FUNDABLE.
I checked out the AFS booth and met Junior and I think that's John? in the photo there. I also got a chance to speak with Scott Griest, their CEO. He's another awesome industry captain. Very energetic guy.
Capital Access Network's exhibit was the size of a palace. Alan Nussbaum and Luke Schmille gave me a personal demonstration of the CapTap technology. It's an excellent tool for processing reps on the street.
A photo from the balcony overlooking Bourbon Street. Discover threw a rocking party with a live Jazz performance. So many people were there!
I snatched this photo off Strategic's Instagram account. You can check out all their photos at http://instagram.com/sfscapital/
DailyFunder, get familiar

I actually rode on this steam boat while in New Orleans this week. The Natchez tour on the Mississippi was an exciting experience.
Filippa, Steven, and Joshua of Strategic Funding Source
beautiful Bourbon Street light reflections after a big rain storm on the sunday night before the show started.
Yes, there are alternatives to merchant cash advance. Borro lends against all kinds of assets, both traditional ones and untraditional ones.
Merchant Cash Group reminded me of my poor performance in the Merchant Cash Advance March Madness Competition they hosted this year by presenting me with this trophy at the ETA Expo.
Gee... Thanks...
On day 2 of the show, it was announced in the morning that Google (via Google Ventures) and Peter Thiel made investments in On Deck Capital.

everyone should feel free to add any photos they have from the show, stories, or comments
It looks like you had a great time. I want to know what happens during a merchant cash advance afterparty.
It's like Vegas stays their and can't be discussed
More photos of New Orleans. Hopefully some of you guys got away from the convention center and Bourbon Street like I did:
Here is a small clip from the Discover party of the band they had playing.
