"Services Merit Consulting, LLC" contact info?

I have a client who is trying to get a zero bal/ucc release from this company but the broker he dealt with is no longer in business. The only contact info on the contract says "Services Merit Consulting, LLC".

Does anyone know what the contact info is?

Is this the old Merit Capital? They've been out of business and liquidated for years

I don't think so, the contract was dated this year.
