Merchant had 2 MCA in default. The MCA company placed lien on merchants bank and stopped payments. Merchant still had sufficient AR waiting to get paid. We negotiated with the MCAs to release UCCs. Invoice Factored his AR aging and merchant was able to get his cash flow clean.
Invoice Factor amount: $380,000
Facility Approved for: $1,500,000

Commercial Real Estate Loan. Merchant owned a commercial building in Texas. Sufficient equity to grant a 2nd position loan without taking out his low rate 1st position balance.
Working Capital for his business of $500,000
