He's trying to beat a 1.19 factor rate. Basic math, Marcus: Mantis and its 1.48 isn't doesn't beat a 1.19. And since Michael asked for direct funders/lenders only, your brokering operation (Cresthill) need not inquire.

Is the merchant trying to net a certain dollar amount higher than 400k? If so, I would encourage him to take that and then work out another 2-300k behind that on a 5-6 month them. Give me a call if you think this is something they may go for.

Rate and Term alone - Its Tough beating this deal outright - you have to get creative.

Couple it with a LOC. Extend the Term to Lower the Payments. Or shorten the Term and beat the Factor. Couple 2 Deals together.

Get creative.

does the merchant actually have that offer in contract? or did they just tell you that is what they're being offered by a lender? Those types of deposits why is merchant taking out mca's their bank would most likely easily give them capital? whats wrong with their credit and/or background? if everything checks out paypal can beat it. 12 month term weekly payments probably 450k around 1.17-1.19
