Good Morning All, I wanted to drop by and introduce myself I am Catherine Michail, J.D with eFinancialtree. I wanted to let everyone know that we are funding. As a result of being a few months old we are not being weighed down by a book of business that is altering or suspending payments. As you may have noticed all lenders are excepting your hard earned deals, declining them, and storing them in their CRM to reissue them to their inside sales team when this debacle is over. Here at eFinancialtree we don't have an inside sales team, answers on submissions are within 2 hours. Below I will included hard declines so don't send them as there are no exceptions.
