Has to be the worst lender I have dealt with in a long time.. does anyone have similar bad experiences? My merchant has been waiting on a funding call for two days now and they keep saying they cant reach her meanwhile she hasn't received a call and they wont give here a number to call in my rep never answers the phone.. the receptionist can only redirect me to my rep who never answers just a nightmare and I am probably on here just venting more than anything..lol
had similar experiences. and heard similar. happens. find a new funder.

Just means they don't like the deal and are either waiting to see what happens after a few days or they're passing and don't feel like breaking the news. 70% of the high risk guys conduct themselves in a similar fashion unfortunately.Quote:

The top of the worst. I remember years ago we had a 5k offer from them, and they needed the physical COJ to be mailed in prior to funding. The entire process took almost 2 solid weeks, and in the end, they said the banks were fraudulent without conducting a decision logic or bank login and just killed the deal.
