Trying to Sign Up with onDeck

Trying to sign up with onDeck but not getting any response back from their end. Can anybody please suggest me what to do to sign up with onDeck?

you will be lucky if they let you refer deals for minimal commissions while they close the sale for you.

getting 5% on a deal where the merchant would only take a 1.18 or below is a good deal. OnDeck pays crumbs but very low rates
