Long Term Financing For A Non-Profit Foundation

Can anyone refer a direct lender who provides long-term financing to non-profits?

How long term? Over a year? Over 5?

Michael, don't sell yourself short.
Get someone who can do it, and make a fee agreement with the merchant, and make a fair split.
No reason to throw money in the garbage / lead money on the table.

That is an option if I can't find the right lender myself.

Let me know if I can help. Not many of the direct lenders in that space hang out over here.
