North Coast Financial is a California bridge loan lender for residential property. Providing loan to value ratios of up to 70% of the current value of the property. Two bridge loans can be provided simultaneously if needed. Bridge funding against property that is currently owner-occupied takes 2.5 weeks. Funding takes 2 weeks for a bridge loan against a property that is being purchased.

Income verification for debt to income ratio qualification is not needed as short-term bridge loans (less than 12 months) do not have the same ability to repay requirement.
