1/ Client submits a request for a loan, project summary and proof of funds

2/ Client places funds with his own US escrow attorney for verification

3/Contracts are completed and signed by all parties

4/ Investor provides a performance bond to cover the deposit in the event of any non performance

5/Client and attorney approve the bond and allows the 10% to go hard in the transaction

6/Funds are disbursed according to the contract
