Your deals have a 14 day exclusivity here at CFG. We are one of the safest houses to send your submissions to. We NEVER Charge PSF's. We have NEVER backdoored. We have never contacted your merchants. (Unless for funding call)
We are 100% Direct Funders offering deals ranging from 1.4 - 1.47's with terms going out as long as 6-8 months. Syndication is available to all brokers. ( 25% of funded amount Max )
Our Funders charge a Max of 5% fees on all deals, next day funding, and next day payout on commissions.
Approvals come within hours of recieving a file. Contracts within minutes of requesting them. Rarely will you see a COJ from us.
