Wow, not sure if we saw this one coming! Kris Roglieri, the founder of the NACLB Conference that takes place in Las Vegas every year, filed for Chapter 11 yesterday. Among his outstanding debts were unpaid bills to Caesar's Casino where they had their most recent event.

This development follows revelations that the FBI raided Roglieri's house and that a receiver is now in control of his main business, Prime Capital Ventures. The Receiver has stated that he believes Roglieri to be at the center of a massive fraud in which victims deposited funds with him in return for loans he didn't deliver. As part of that the Receiver filed a lawsuit against a number of Roglieri's other businesses, including the NACLB entity, on the premise that they are in possession of assets belonging to the victims. Roglieri has not been charged criminally at this time.
