Did you hear about that one guy?

Did you hear about that one broker who left the industry? We didn't either. This business can be addicting as all heck. That next deal, that next commission, that next challenge, that next rush. Even if you're one of the folks who never managed to turn it into a stable or lucrative income, let's be honest, you probably still do or would do some deals on the side. I mean if you had given up this game for good and another broker came your way and said "hey, can you help me with this deal? I'll split half the commission with you," we both know you'll tell them that you'll have a look at what they got. lol.

Someone once said that this business is like a game of musical chairs where everyone just runs around to a different chair but is still playing the same game with the same people. But that's backwards. Chairs aren't taken away over time, they're added. The circle just gets bigger and bigger! More and more people in the orbit to know and do business with.

Speaking of more and more people, the big industry circle is getting together in less than 6 weeks in San Diego at deBanked CONNECT San Diego. That event never sells tickets at the door so if you want to be part of it and meet all your fellow daily funders in person, now is the time to reserve your spot. It'll be a lot of fun and you'll learn a ton.

Keep on funding!
