02-25-2025, 06:07 PMI wanted to relay a personal story reguarding the companies listed above in hopes of having others fall for this scam. I was contacted by Brandon from Elite in late October and told that they had me approved for a $200K term loan, but due to my limited business credit, I needed to do a deal with Stone Street in order to qualify for the $200K Fast forward to Febuary, Brandon called and said that they were ready to do the $200K or, if I agreed to do a second deal with a different funder, they would increase the amount to $375K. He stated that I would get $9000 and payback $16000 via wire transfer the next day, they would then do the $375K the same day. I even told the funder all of this on the funding call. I have all of this documented via email. I did as he instructed and paid a seperate $2500 loan fee via ACH. It has been almost a month and I was just informed by Aaron at Elite that my file was not approved for a term loan. He told me Brandon doesnt work directly for him, even though his email has an Elite Advance signature and .com address. These guys have basically stolen $9500 from me. I have filed a police report and a report with the FBI. STAY AWAY!

03-06-2025, 06:34 PMIs Adventure still doing deals? It seems like they are either just white labeling deals or backdooring them. They take forever then overstip and then never get anything done.

03-07-2025, 06:36 PMIncbiz440 started a thread Someone please explain why first position is undesirable for MCAs in Merchant Cash AdvanceHi All, Coming from the traditional lending world where first position is king, I'm lost as to why first position seems to be undesirable and many seem to start at second. What's the issue, what's the risk? Why is coming in behind someone else more desirable than not? TIA.

02-20-2025, 12:22 PMPuttingTheFunInFunding started a thread Who does longer terms on bigger deals? in Merchant Cash AdvanceI have a large database of merchants who do $20MM+ and are typically looking for multi-million dollar programs. I'm searching for reputable companies that do larger sized deals on longer terms with reasonable sell rates. The usual suspect lenders cap at 12 months or so, and some of these borrowers have a hard time with a $70K weekly payment. Who is out there that handles this type of a deal?

02-24-2025, 01:36 PMHi All, I have situation I would like to get some advice on. For transparancy sake, I want to let everyone know that I am the merchant. I have a faily robust business with revenue in excess of $100K per month. About 2 years in business. I runs a firearms business and have fallen for a couple of scams in the MCA space. Basically the promise of a line of credit / large term loan in after doing a performance deal. One even had me take a $10K deal and wire the payoff the next day with the promise of a $375K traditional loan. There are about $75K in MCA balances split up among 5 places. The bottom 4 balances are about $30K total. I need to find a way to consoldate all of these and get some additional capital for inventory. I have a background in the consumer finance space and didnt think that this world was so tricky. If I would have done this type of stuff in the consumer space, I would be in jail. I am looking for a bit of a lifeline. I am getting called by anyone and everyone and dont know who to trust. I have been lurking here for the past week or so and have seen that some of you seem to be straight shooting, trustworthy individuals who care about the integrity of your industry so I thought reaching out in advace for advice might help me wade through the BS. Thank you in advance
