Who Can fund into a digital bank? merchant is doing between 175-250k a month this would be a first position

We have a merchant that needs 50k today, wants to use her house (no debt) as collateral, she needs the money today.

I'm looking to buy business debts from the folks that originate the contracts/terms and can include a specific arbitration clause. In some sense, this means I cannot buy existing debts as I need debts with the specific clause. Where/who should I talk to about updating these contracts? What I can offer, is to pay significantly higher price for the same debt if it has the clause. Why? I have a much faster/easier path to getting a judgement and lien should I need to collect. Hey everyone, As some of you know, we've spent quite a bit of time building out our own underwriting and deal placement technology at Midwestern Financial Solutions. Somewhere along the way, we ended up developing an entirely separate UCC lead generation platform. We're calling it DataPipe. The platform is designed to generate UCC data from all 50 states, with the ability to enrich records with phone numbers, email addresses, collateral information, and other relevant business data. I have absolutely no interest in getting into the business of selling lead lists. Instead, I'd rather license the actual platform to brokerages and funding companies that want to generate and control their own data. The concept is pretty simple. You pay for your own state data access and enrichment services, and we provide and maintain the infrastructure to collect, process, and deliver the records. I actively advertise to clients with MCA exposure, in the case they do not qualify for the personal loan program, I would like to connect with other sources that can work on these situations.
