    they didnt put time into it. they're probably some shmuck brooklyn / boca raton brokers who just learned about AI builders. u can make a site like this in 10 minutes with AI builders like claude, v0.dev, or bolt.ai ... lol.

    All the "MCA" companies, and any investor who provided funding to them, are 100% responsible for all damages caused on any and all merchants who fell to the fake promised traps. IF the merchants depended on the never-existing fake promise to plan their business and the business took a hit when the fake LOC did not show up, then the original lender and source of funds is responsible for letting this happen. The main responsible entity is the source of funds who are enabling these scams to operate. Probably most people's brain is to limited to understand this, that's because it is the real solution- hold the original source of funding responsible and you'll see how fast this fake LOC scams disappears.... and if that is not being done, then there is no intention of making this go away, as that is big part of this fraud operation.

    We’re based in California and focus specifically on A & B paper. We do 1.24 buy rates and 15 months max term. Most deals are usually biweekly. Occasionally monthly if the file is that good. The average deals are around the 13 month mark and bi weekly. Minimum revenues are 350k!! We also do flex payments for the first two months if they owe 100k month well have them pay 50 the first two months so it’s easy on the merchant. Where we win is our dollar size we get very aggressive. Let me know if this is something that could be of benefit.
